Co-founder of Swiss Green Projects (SGP)
Indonesian national. Engineer with a Master of Science from the Swiss Polytechnic Institute in Lausanne (EPFL) and a Master of Management.
25 years of expertise at the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO).
He has also participated in the development of projects with social, cultural and economic impacts in developing and least developed countries.
He is responsible for political interactions with SGP partners in Indonesia and the Philippines.
Mark THOMS
Co-founder of Swiss Green Projects (SGP)
Swiss national, Architect HES and holder of a Master’s degree in sustainable development and renewable energies, expert in hazardous substances in the built environment.
25 years’ experience in his own architecture and construction business.
With a wealth of experience in architecture and sustainable development, as well as renewable energies, he is responsible for designing and monitoring the construction of all the NGO’s infrastructure, as well as checking that the pilot project is running smoothly, in close collaboration with the on-site representative.
Javier GONZALEZ
Co-founder of Swiss Green Projects (SGP)
Spanish national, 20 years’ experience in his own security company.
Responsible for the security of some of the world’s top executives and VIPs.
He is currently an outreach social worker, involved in youth programmes and activities for the elderly.
He is in charge of mobilising financial resources for SGP projects in the two waste management projects for disadvantaged communities.

A key player in Swiss Green Projects, Romain Barbey plays a key role in the development and sustainability of the NGO. Thanks to his commitment and the support of his family, the organization has been able to reach decisive milestones, accelerating its action and amplifying its impact in the field.
His involvement has been decisive in the development of essential projects, notably in access to water and waste management. Convinced of the organization’s potential, he has not hesitated to invest personally and mobilize his entourage to ensure the NGO’s sustainability and growth. His support has also raised the profile of Swiss Green Projects, making it easier for new donors and partners to join.
Today, hundreds of people benefit directly from this impetus. Behind every project, families regain access to clean water, communities see their environment preserved and lives sustainably improved.
